Thinking Arby's

This little plastic Arby's logo came with a kid's meal. Skylar picked it up and said, "I'm thinking Arby's" just like in the commercials. I think this may be a sign that we watch too much TV.

Bluegrass Railroad Museum

Skylar has become somewhat obsessed with Thomas the Train. So, today we decided to bring him to the Bluegrass Railroad Museum in Versailles so that he could see some real trains close up. We were even able to ride one for about an hour.

Civil War Fort at Boonesboro

This is not the famous "Fort Boonesborough" but rather the location of a civil war fort where the Union troops could keep an eye on the river.

Swimming Lessons

Brandi and Skylar have been taking Swimming lessons. On Thursday, I was able to come along.

The last picture is of Skylar going down a slide with Monyka's kids Hannah and Brady.

A Somewhat Morbid Weekend

Saturday, we visited the catacombs beneath the streets of Paris. Here, they have neatly stacked the bones of over 3 million people.

On Sunday, we went to the Rodin Museum. Here, Skylar stands at the famous "Gates of Hell".

Atop the gates of hell is The Thinker. He is supposed to be contemplating the life that led him to this place. The more famous version of The Thinker is in a garden nearby.

On Sunday, we also saw Rue D'Assas in Paris... Not Brandi and Alisha, but the street. (pronounced like "Rude Assas")

And, here is Skylar on a carousel in Luxembourg Gardens.
